The Seminar

consists of nine sessions of two hours each in an eight day format. The course is designed for those age twelve and up regardless of spiritual maturity. Those who have training and experience in teaching as well as those who have no experience gain much from this training.

These seminars are conducted as a NON PROFIT service. COST is limited to lodging with meals for the instructor.

A training manual of 116 pages is used in the Seminar. Training includes lecture, discussion, demonstration through role playing, and practical application. Methodology of study is a vital part of training. Practical experience is gained through planned continuous training after the Seminar.

Outreach Training Northeast Seminars primarily serve churches in West Virginia, Ohio and surrounding states, but we will consider any request.

Here are some comments made by Seminar participants . . .

“This course is logical, practical and scriptural. It is also comprehensive. It starts with the teacher showing how our hearts and motives need to be right before we can expect to influence others. The course shows where the power to convert really lies — in God’s Word. They demonstrated a method of presenting God’s Word that lets us get out of the way so the learner can confront what the Bible says. Every congregation of the Lord’s church could benefit from this course.”

“We have been members of the Lord’s church for almost thirty years and have worshipped in several locations in different states. In our opinion this was the best prepared and most effective approach to preparing Christians to perform effective evangelism that we have seen or personally experienced.”

“I wanted to help my friends that were lost, but I didn’t know where to begin. I was afraid of insulting or offending them and thus pushing them farther down that road to destruction. Thanks to the training class, I now have confidence and courage to start doing something about the lost around me.”

“I did not learn about what the church isn’t doing right, or what Christians ought to do. Rather, I learned what I can do and how to influence others to do the same!”
